Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and had a separate lounge area, bathroom with twin wash hand basins, and a luxurious jacuzzi bath - all very clean and comfortable. Being on the ground floor turned out to be a great choice for easy access to the pool and sun beds. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff always available, including the Restaurant Manager, waitresses, and pool attendant. However, the dining experience could use some variety in the menu. The location was lovely, especially in the evenings, but a bit disappointing for an All-Inclusive option. The facilities were top-notch, making for a relaxing 5-star holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sentido Mallorca Palace hotel. The rooms were overlooking a lovely pool and gardens, and the pool bar added a nice touch, especially with the welcome cold drink and refreshing towel upon arrival. The service was top-notch, with Manuel, Jenny, Anna, and Sebastian standing out for their exceptional attentiveness. The location, being on the seafront, perfectly complemented the hotel's charming character. The dining experience offered a delicious variety of dishes, although a bit more rotation would be appreciated. The facilities were well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
